Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Scan inputs: business name, aliases, industry and location you submit. These are stored with the generated report so the report link keeps working.
• Subscription data: if you subscribe, our payment provider Paddle collects your email, billing details and payment information. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent) kept briefly for abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

We use scan inputs solely to generate your report. We use subscription emails for important account notices. We do not sell personal data.

3. Third parties

• Paddle.com — payment processing (Merchant of Record). See Paddle's privacy policy.
• AI model providers — the questions we send contain the industry and location you enter (and may surface your business name in answers); they are the same kinds of questions any member of the public could ask.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate page metrics only; no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

4. Retention and deletion

Reports are retained for up to 12 months. If you have an account, you can download a copy of your data and permanently delete projects or your entire account yourself from your account page. You can also email support@zalize.com with the report link and we will remove it within 7 days.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may set cookies required for payment processing.
