1. Service
RankedByAI ("the Service", operated at rank.zalize.com) provides AI visibility reports and monitoring: we query publicly available AI models with buyer-style questions and report whether and how often your business is mentioned. Results reflect AI model outputs at the time of scanning and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any improvement in AI rankings, mentions, traffic, or revenue.
2. Plans and billing
The free scan is provided at no charge. Paid plans (Monitor $29/month, Optimize $99/month) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders: your invoice and card statement will show Paddle, and Paddle handles payment processing and sales tax/VAT.
3. 14-day refund policy
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan for any reason, contact us at support@zalize.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Renewal payments may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the Service was materially unavailable during that period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your receipt email or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to scan businesses you have no legitimate interest in at abusive volume.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without permission.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI model outputs are produced by third parties and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
