RankedByAI has three kinds of shareable URLs. Knowing what each one exposes keeps sharing safe.

The three link types

  1. Scan report links — /r/<id>. Every scan produces a permanent public report link. Anyone with the link can view that one report (kept for a year). Reports are unlisted — the ID is random and the page is not indexed — but treat the link as public once shared.
  2. Dashboard links — /dashboard/<token>. Your private monitoring dashboard. The token in the URL is the credential: anyone with the link can see your full scan history, trends, competitors and settings. Bookmark it, share it only with people who should see everything.
  3. The demo dashboard. A public, read-only example dashboard linked from the marketing site so you can explore the product before scanning. Write actions (prompt changes, settings) are disabled there.

Sharing recommendations

  • Sharing one result with a stakeholder? Send the /r/<id> report link — it is a snapshot, exposes no controls, and never changes.
  • Need a document instead of a link? Use the PDF export of the report.
  • Sharing ongoing monitoring with a teammate? The dashboard token link works, but it grants full access including settings. For anything beyond a trusted teammate, prefer sending report links or PDFs.
  • Never post a dashboard link publicly. Anyone who finds it has your dashboard.

If a dashboard link leaks

Contact support@zalize.com and we will rotate the token, invalidating the old URL. Signing in with your account at /app means you never depend on the bookmarked URL to regain access.

Language note

Dashboard and report pages are available in all six site languages — switch with the language control in the top bar; see Languages.
