RankedByAI answers one question for your business: when a potential customer asks an AI assistant for a recommendation, do you show up?
The problem we measure
More and more buying decisions start with a question to an AI system instead of a Google search — "best accounting software for freelancers", "reliable plumber near me", "which CRM should a small agency use". If AI answers never mention your business, that demand goes to whoever they do mention.
RankedByAI makes this measurable. A scan asks AI models the buyer questions relevant to your industry, records every answer, and tells you:
- how often you were mentioned (your mention rate and A–F grade)
- which competitors the AI recommended instead
- which sources the AI answers cited, and whether your site is among them (the Citation Gap)
- what on your own website is holding you back (the website diagnosis)
What a scan actually does
Each scan asks 29 buyer-question templates tailored to your industry across 3 AI channels — two direct Grok model channels plus a search-grounded channel that feeds live Brave web results to the model. That is roughly 90 sampled answers per scan. Every answer is parsed for brand mentions, sentiment and cited sources. See How a scan works for the full methodology.
We are deliberately honest about coverage: we query the channels listed above and do not currently query ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity. See Which AI platforms do you cover?.
Free scan vs. monitoring
- Free scan — one-time snapshot with a permanent shareable report link (
/r/<id>). No account needed. - Monitoring — a private dashboard with weekly automated re-scans, trend history, share-of-voice and sentiment tracking, prompt management, and email reports. Everything is free during the open beta.
