RankedByAI accounts have no passwords. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email.
How it works
- Go to the login page (or sign up for a new account) and enter your email address.
- We send you an email with a sign-in link.
- Open the link on the device where you want to be signed in. That's it — you're in your account at
/app.
The link is single-use and expires after a short window. If it expired, just request a new one.
Why no passwords?
- Nothing to forget, nothing to reuse from another site, nothing for us to leak. Your email inbox is the single factor — the same place a password reset would go anyway.
- It keeps the beta simple: no password rules, no reset flows, no 2FA enrollment.
Troubleshooting
The email doesn't arrive.
- Check spam/junk and any "promotions" tab.
- Confirm you typed the address correctly — the form accepts any address and won't reveal whether an account exists.
- Corporate mail filters sometimes quarantine automated mail; if you're on a company domain, check the quarantine digest or try a personal address.
- Wait a minute and request a new link — new links invalidate old ones, so always use the most recent email.
The link says it's invalid or expired. Request a fresh link and open it promptly, on the same device/browser where you want the session. Some corporate mail scanners "click" links before you do and can consume them; requesting a new link and opening it quickly usually resolves this.
I want to change my account email. Sign in with the old address, then contact support@zalize.com — email changes are handled manually during the beta.
Accounts vs. dashboard links
You can use a monitoring dashboard through its private token link without an account, but an account ties your workspaces and dashboards to your email so nothing depends on a bookmarked URL — see Workspaces and Dashboard access and sharing.
