A single scan is a snapshot. Monitoring turns it into a trend line — the same questions re-asked every week, so you can see whether your changes actually move AI answers.
What monitoring adds
- Weekly automated re-scans run by our scheduler — no manual work.
- A private dashboard with your full scan history, trend charts, share-of-voice and sentiment tracking.
- Prompt management — add, edit, enable and disable the buyer questions your scans ask (details).
- Email notifications — a weekly report summary and mention-rate alerts, both optional (details).
- The recommendations board — concrete fixes derived from your results, tracked as Suggested / To-Do / Done.
During the open beta all of this is free — no credit card.
How to set it up
- Run a free scan first — monitoring is always attached to a scanned brand.
- From the report page, follow the upgrade path to the welcome flow (
/welcome). Confirm your brand, website, industry and email. - You receive a private dashboard link. Bookmark it — it is the key to your dashboard. You can also create an account with magic-link sign-in to manage everything from one place.
What happens each week
Our scheduler re-scans one due customer per run, asking exactly the prompts you have enabled at that moment. Each re-scan appends a data point to your trend history and, if enabled, sends the weekly email summary. If your mention rate moves sharply, the rate-alert email tells you without waiting for the weekly summary.
Verify your fixes
Monitoring pairs with the website diagnosis: when you fix an issue (say, add an FAQ schema), mark it done and trigger a verification re-check instead of waiting a week — see Fix prescriptions and verification.
