A workspace groups everything that belongs to one brand or client: its scans, its monitoring dashboard, its prompt set, its settings.

The model

  • Account — you, identified by your email (magic-link sign-in).
  • Workspace — a container for one brand's monitoring. Your account can have several.
  • Dashboard — the monitoring view inside a workspace, with its scan history and trend data.

If you monitor a single business, you'll likely never think about workspaces — your account has one and everything lives there. Workspaces earn their keep when you run multiple brands:

  • an agency monitoring several clients keeps each client in its own workspace, with separate prompt sets, trends and email settings;
  • a business with distinct sub-brands (different names customers actually use) scans and monitors each one separately, since AI answers treat them as different entities.

Working with workspaces

From your account home at /app you can see your workspaces and switch between them. Each workspace's dashboard, prompts and settings are fully independent — disabling a prompt or changing notification settings in one client's workspace never affects another.

Why separate brands need separate workspaces

A scan measures one brand name. Mixing two brands into one dashboard would make the mention rate meaningless — half the questions would "fail" simply because they were about the other brand. Keep one brand per workspace and compare them side by side from your account instead.

Team members and roles

Every workspace has its own member list, so an agency can give each client's team access to that client's dashboard only. From the dashboard go to Settings → Members:

  • Owners can invite and remove members, change roles, revoke pending invites, manage settings and delete the workspace. The person who created the workspace is its first owner; a workspace always keeps at least one owner.
  • Members can view every page of the workspace dashboard (reports, prompts, sources, history) and receive report emails.

Invites are sent by email as a magic link and appear under Pending invites until accepted. To hand a workspace to a colleague, invite them as an owner and then remove yourself. For read-only sharing with a client who should not sign in, the dashboard link itself works — see Dashboard access and sharing.

Not yet available: per-project scoping inside one workspace (a member sees the whole workspace) and a view-only role that hides settings. Both are on the roadmap.
