Two power features round out the prompt manager: suggestions when you don't know what to ask, and CSV export when you want the data elsewhere.
Suggested prompts
Click Suggest prompts and the system generates candidate buyer questions based on your business profile — industry, location and existing prompt set. Each suggestion can be added with one click; anything you don't add is simply discarded. Suggestions are ideas, not measurements: nothing is asked until you add and enable a prompt.
If the generator has no new angles for you right now, it says so — try again after your business profile or prompt set changes.
Search and filtering
Large prompt sets stay manageable with the built-in tools:
- Search filters prompts by text as you type.
- Tag filter narrows the table to one group (discovery, comparison, trust, …).
- The table is paginated; page controls sit under the list.
CSV export
Two exports are available from the prompt manager:
- Export prompts CSV — your full prompt set with tags and enabled state. Useful as a backup before a big reorganization, or to review the set with a colleague.
- Export answers CSV — the sampled AI answers, one row per answer, with the prompt, channel, scan date, whether you were mentioned, and cited sources. This is the raw material of your report; take it into a spreadsheet or BI tool for custom analysis.
Exports reflect the dashboard's current filter where applicable, and they are plain CSV — no proprietary format.
The answer drill-down
Clicking a prompt opens its answer history: every sampled answer for that question, per scan and per channel, with your mentions highlighted and sources listed. When a stakeholder asks "what does the AI actually say about us?", this view (or the answers CSV) is the receipt.
